We aim to dispatch all Orders 3-5 business days after the order is received, using Royal Mail 1st class (but reserve the right to use alternative services/means). Please note that Royal Mail do not consider your order lost for at least 10 days.
If there is a problem in fulfilling your Order, we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible.
If you reside outside of the UK, then please contact us and we will work out the appropriate postage for your requirements.
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email at email@example.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods in accordance with the clause bellow.
(c) You can return goods you have ordered for any reason as long as you inform us within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. The costs of returning goods shall be borne by you. You should return the unopened goods within 14 calendar days from the date you cancel the purchase. The items have to be returned unopened without any of the seals broken or opened.
(d) Within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods (or proof of posting), we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required (subject to the below paragraph)
(e) The rights to return the goods as referred to in clause 5.3 will not apply in the event that the product is not returned in its original state or has been made to the customer's individual specification.
(f) If you find fault or defect with my products, then I would ask you to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org in order that appropriate action may be taken to expedite a speedy resolution to the situation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Personalised orders can not be cancelled/returned or exchanged unless faulty.
